Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, please note the following: • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service fee For travel-based services (including Pony Privates runs), bookings are scheduled based on location. Late changes may not be able to be accommodated. Please ensure horses are caught, accessible, and ready at the scheduled time. Delays may result in reduced service time or rescheduling. If you are running late or need to make changes, please get in touch as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting my time and travel commitments 🤍
